Dear Continental Colony Community Neighbor:

 

The Continental Colony Community Association (CCCA) was established in 1973. Today, CCCA continues its tradition as a strong, vibrant community association which serves the better good for all residents. Our purpose is: 1) to develop and execute positive plans for community needs and 2) to advise the Neighborhood Planning Unit (NPU-R) and the City of Atlanta on all matters affecting the environment and the well-being of the residents of Continental Colony Community. The City of Atlanta officially recognizes Continental Colony as a Legacy Community.

 

This letter is our official announcement and kick-off of “Membership Campaign CCCA” for 2023. Each year, we are invited to show our individual support of our CCCA Community and Neighborhood by paying our annual dues. We had an outstanding membership campaign in 2022 with recordbreaking participation from 98 households. Let’s plan to surpass this record in 2023. Our annual dues have been set at $25.00 per household for the past 20+ years. This equals only $2.08 per month! Renew your CCCA active membership in the association by remitting your dues for the Year 2023.

 

It is very important that we all complete the enclosed membership form for each family/household. Then, return the membership form using one of the four (4) “Ways to Pay your CCCA Dues.” We are excited to share that you can pay your dues this year by check or online using Bill Pay or PayPal. Please review the detailed instructions and information provided on the documents enclosed.

 

Lastly, in the spirit of community, please consider making a special effort to reach out to your closest neighbors and friends to maintain strong communication. May you and your family be blessed, healthy and safe now and always. Your cooperation and support are greatly appreciated.
